I ONLY USE METHODS THAT ARE BOTH APPROVED BY SCIENTIFIC STUDIES AND THAT I HAVE TESTED MYSELF TO HELP YOU IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE IN VERY SUBSTANTIAL WAYS.
EVERY STUDENT I HAD SO FAR WAS GREATLY PLEASED BY THE PLAYFUL APPROACH TO FITNESS I PROPOSE AND BY THE CLEAR PROGRESS THEY MADE, WHICH WERE OBVIOUS EVEN AFTER SOME TRAINING SESSIONS.

WHAT IS FITNESS

THE CHARACTERISTIC OF BEING STRONG AND HEALTHY AND FUNCTIONAL.
IN OLDER TIMES, IT WAS THE REQUIREMENT FOR SURVIVAL.
NOW I THINK WE SHOULD SEE IT MORE AS A DESIRABLE BASE, A FOUNDATION, A STATE OF BALANCE FROM WHICH WE CAN GET THE MOST OUT OF LIFE AND GIVE THE MOST OUT OF OURSELVES.
FITNESS ISN’T THE BE-ALL AND END-ALL

BUT AMONG OUR GOALS,

I like the way Paul is mastery oriented and focuses on holistic, functional training.
